2. Data we process

4. Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorized EST staff and processors strictly required to operate the website (hosting, email, anti-spam services such as Google reCAPTCHA if enabled).

5. Retention

  • Contact / quote requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange (unless a longer legal obligation applies).
  • Recruitment applications: for the duration of the recruitment process, then up to 2 years after the last contact when relevant.
  • Security logs: proportionate retention (typically 30 days to 12 months depending on the log type and hosting constraints).

6. Cookies and local storage

EST applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards (HTTPS, CSRF protection, anti-spam controls, data minimization and professional hosting). Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information via forms.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection regarding your personal data. Contact EST via email (recommended subject: “Privacy request”). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

10. CNIL formalities

For a standard business website, prior CNIL filing is generally not required since GDPR. Compliance still requires documentation and practical measures (notices, security, rights handling and processor management).
